Our Information and Assessment Centre is held over two days at our Head Office in Theale, near Reading. This is your opportunity to meet our people, understand our business a little better and tour one of our local branches. You will also spend time with several recent graduates at dinner and have a question and answer session with one of our executives.
The Centre has been designed to help you gain a better understanding of Wolseley and the career opportunities we offer. Of course, we will also be assessing you for the European Graduate Programme and would like you to complete a number of items in advance. These will include a language assessment, an occupational personality questionnaire and critical reasoning tests. Once at the Centre, we will be conducting three individual interviews with you during the day. You will also take part in a problem-solving exercise.
