The induction week gave us the opportunity to meet several Wolseley directors and many other people who will play important roles during the next two years. This picture was taken during a session with one of these key players: Grant Winston - training manager for Wolseley UK.
So here we are, hands above our heads, ready to applaud the next person who enters the room. Standing still like this might look funny, but it really helped to release the tension, create a relaxed working atmosphere and generate great team spirit!
