This group exercise took place during our induction week in Theale and was aiming at improving our communication skills. Communication is crucial in a work environment, especially in a multicultural group like the EGP (13 different nationalities in the EGP 2006, 13 different reasons for being misunderstood!) Training events really make you think outside the box and are great opportunities to learn more about your EGP colleagues and about yourself.
