A structured, cohesive two year programme, the EGP equips you with the personal and professional skills you need to thrive in this pan-European environment.
Throughout the programme, you'll be working in a challenging, multicultural environment. And although language skills are important, so too is an understanding of diversity and a desire to interact with – and learn from – a wide range of different people and cultures. On the EGP you'll spend eight months in the UK, eight months in continental Europe and eight months working on a project – which could be in any of the European countries where we operate.
