Through a unique combination of hands-on, practical experience and detailed classroom training, you'll learn what makes our Group so successful. You'll be encouraged to make decisions, use your initiative and put your new skills into real-time, reallife practice.
Culture
Throughout the programme you'll be working in a challenging, multicultural environment. And although language skills are important, so too is an understanding of diversity and a desire to interact with – and learn from – a wide range of different people and cultures. On the EGP you'll spend nine months in the UK, nine months in continental Europe and six months working on a project – which could be in any of the European countries where we operate.

Certainly, within five years you should be taking significant responsibility for parts of the business.

The EGP is open to final-year graduates and also those who have graduated in the last two years.
