Each graduate on the EGP will be paired with a graduate from the previous years class. You’ll have one-to-one access to somebody who has experienced exactly what you’re experiencing on the EGP. They’ll be available to identify, seize and manage opportunities – and to give you practical advice on any issues you may face.
Your mentor will encourage, guide and coach you, helping you develop confidence in your abilities and make sure that you get the most out of the EGP experience. Goal setting is an important part of the programme and your mentor will work with you to set stretching – but realistic – targets.
