While you’ll be encouraged to use your initiative and to take responsibility for your own progress, there’ll also be strong support throughout the two years and beyond.
You’ll benefit from regular interaction with our senior management team, many of whom joined Wolseley either straight from university or early in their careers. They know the challenges from first-hand experience – and they’re keen to see you succeed. Your ongoing support will include both a graduate mentor and a buddy who will be on hand to provide valuable advice, share experiences and answer any questions on a one-to-one basis.
